Reporting

If you believe content on a store infringes your rights or is unlawful, email [to be set] with: your details, the exact URL, what right is infringed and why, a statement of good faith, and a signature.

What we do

  • Acknowledge within 24 hours and act on valid notices expeditiously, within the timelines in the IT Rules, 2021.
  • We may disable the content and notify the merchant, who may respond with a counter-notice.
  • Repeat infringers lose access.

Effective 1 January 2026.
