- Is GST extra?
- Yes. The plan is ₹999.00 per month exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added, so you pay ₹1,178.82 each month, and we issue a GST tax invoice for every payment (add your GSTIN to claim input credit).
- Do I need a card for the trial?
- No. Your 14-day trial starts when you create your store. Subscribe whenever you like; you are only charged when the trial ends.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- After a 7-day grace period your store stops taking new orders. Your data, orders and customers stay safe and you can resume by subscribing again.
- Are there transaction fees?
- We charge none. Razorpay’s own gateway fees apply to your customers’ payments and are billed by Razorpay.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
